    Skills Innovation Challange Call in India: Upgrading informal apprenticeships through digital transformation

     

    ILO, in partnership with UNICEF/YuWaah, calls for innovative solutions from not-for-profit organizations in India that support upgrading informal apprenticeships through digital transformation. Four winning organizations will receive financial support, technical guidance, and global visibility of their innovation in skills development. The deadline for application is extended until 3 September 2023 (24:00 Delhi time).

    The Islamic Development Bank and the ILO invite youth-led organizations, networks and coalitions to propose innovative ideas to support a just transition  

     

    To assist young people in further translating their activism, commitment and creativity into action, the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) have designed the “IsDB-ILO Green Skills Accelerator Challenge Call”, with the overarching goal of promoting youth participation and skills for green jobs for a just transition.

    Preventing forced labour in Africa through skills and lifelong learning 

     

    The ILO Skills Innovation Facility, in collaboration with the Alliance 8.7, is calling on entities or legally recognized non-profit organizations to share innovative ideas and solutions that can contribute to the prevention of forced labour in Africa through skills and lifelong learning.

  13. 2nd ILO Skills Challenge Innovation Call

    e-formality and skills development in Latin America and the Caribbean 

     

    The ILO is looking for entities or organizations that have innovative ideas and solutions that, based on the use of new technologies, promote skills development to facilitate the formalization of labour and economic units in Latin America and the Caribbean.
    Deadline for participation: 15 June 2021, midnight Geneva time.

    Winners of the inaugural Cambodia Skills Challenge Innovation Call announced 

     

    The Innovation Call has identified three promising and innovative projects that will contribute to providing young Cambodians, especially those most affected by COVID-19, with opportunities to acquire skills that lead to decent jobs as well as accredited certificates.
