Bricklayers and stonemasons erect and repair foundations,
walls and structures of brick, stone and similar materials.
Tasks include -
(a) laying stone, brick, hollow tile and similar building blocks
to construct or repair walls, partitions, fireplaces and
other structures such as smokestacks, furnaces, converters,
kilns and ovens, piers and abutments;
(b) laying walks, curbs and pavements of stone;
(c) performing related tasks;
(d) supervising other workers.
