This unit group covers administrative associate
professionals not classified elsewhere in Minor group 343,
Administrative associate professionals.
For instance, here should be classified those who act as
administrative consular officials, undertake executive
secretarial duties for departmental heads or official
committees, analyse files and other sources of information and
write reports for responsible administrators, giving relevant
information and some advice on policy questions, departmental
programmes, administrative problems and other matters.
In such cases tasks would include:
(a) acting as administrative consular official;
(b) undertaking executive secretarial duties for departmental
heads-
(c) undertaking executive secretarial duties for official
committees;
(d) analysing files and other sources of information, and
writing reports for responsible administrators;
(e) performing related tasks;
(f) supervising other workers.
