This unit group covers computing professionals not
classified elsewhere in Minor group 213, Computing
professionals.
For instance, here should be classified those who have a
general knowledge of both computer hardware and software.
In such cases tasks would include-.
(a) designing and implementing computer software applications,
and computer operating systems,
(b) maintaining and updating computer software applications,
and computer operating systems;
(c) installing computers and performing diagnostics on computer
hardware;
(d) performing related tasks;
(e) supervising other workers.
