About the ILO in Indonesia
Indonesia and the ILO have collaborated very closely since the country became a member of the ILO on 12 June 1950. Using its unique tripartite structure, the ILO works in close collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, the Indonesian Employers’ Organization (Apindo) and the main trade unions.
