Occupational safety and health country profile: Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of two entities, the Republic of Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and of Brčko District. The authority over occupational safety and health resides at the level of each of these three units and each of them has its own OSH regulations. There are no regulations or bodies at the country level that deal with OSH.
