    The report captures the immediate effects of the pandemic on the lives of young people (aged 18–29) with regards to employment, education, mental well-being, rights and social activism. Over 12,000 responses were received from young people in 112 countries.

  2. A gender-responsive employment recovery: Building back fairer

    The COVID-19 crisis has laid bare the entrenched gender inequalities that plague labour markets. Building back fairer will only be possible by tackling these inequalities head on during the emergency and recovery phases.

  3. Skills for a Resilient Youth in the Era of COVID-19 and Beyond

    The World Youth Skills Day 2020 will take stock of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on skills development and explore how young people can respond to the economic crisis. The focus will be on helping young people be more resilient to changes caused by the current crisis and in the world of work in general.
