The Committee notes the Government's report and the attached "recommendations" concerning working conditions (including the rates of pay and hours of work) in construction, horticulture and the hotel and catering industry. It requests the Government to supply information about the source of these recommendations and about the extent to which the rates of pay and hours of work are actually applied.
