Submission. The Committee notes that in its communication of 16 August 2021, the Government indicates that the procedure for the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190) and the Violence and Harassment Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206) to the National Assembly will have to be resumed, and that the Minister of Social Dialogue, Labour and Public Service has transmitted a technical note to the Prime Minister on 21 June 2019 for the submission of the abovementioned instruments. The Committee requests the Government to provide the requested information on the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session (June 2019), once the process is completed.
