(acts of intimidation and violence against workers on strike; dismissal of union officers and members; and interference in union activities), Cecinas San Jorge (creation of a trade union biased towards the company and dismissal of union officers), Electroerosión Japax Chile S.A. (anti-union dismissals during negotiation of a collective contract) and in two bakery companies (dismissal of union officers)
