The complainant organizations (OATUU) allege that the President of the Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) has been dismissed for alleged absence from work, whereas he was attending a congress of the OATUU; and that three other union executives have been indefinitely suspended for allegedly disrupting an employer meeting
