The Company Union of Lido, S.A. (SELSA) supported by the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions (ICFTU)

Allegations

The complainant alleges that, following a work stoppage in protest at non-compliance with the collective agreement in force, the company Lido, S.A., dismissed 11 union officers and 30 members in reprisal. The complainant further alleges that the administrative authority did not notify the company of the strike agreement adopted by the union.
