(i) refusal of the national Government to re-open collective bargaining with the public education sector; (ii) unlawful use of compulsory conciliation in the Province of Buenos Aires; (iii) obstruction of the right to strike of private tutors in the Province of Mendoza through the loss of a salary element (classroom allowance); (iv) threats against a trade union official; and (v) violations of freedom of association in the Province of Buenos Aires (request for the suspension of trade union status, restriction of the right to strike, police crackdown)
