Repetition Article 1(b) of the Convention. Equal remuneration for men and women for work of equal value. The Committee notes with interest the Government’s indication that under section 21 of the Labour Relations Act (LRA 2010), there shall be no discrimination in remuneration for work of equal value on the basis of race, colour, sex or religion. The Government further indicates that section 24 of the LRA 2010 prohibits discrimination between men and women in remuneration for work of equal value. The Committee requests the Government to provide information on any relevant court cases regarding the application of sections 21 and 24 of the LRA 2010.
