The Committee notes that the Government’s report has not been received. It hopes that a report will be supplied for examination by the Committee at its next session and that it will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous direct request, which read as follows:
The Committee takes note of the information provided by the Government in its latest report. The Committee notes the Government’s reference, made in its report, to the collective agreements giving effect to Article 11, paragraph 1 (workers shall not be required to use any machinery without the guards provided being in position), Article 12 (rights of workers under national social security or social insurance legislation shall not be affected by the ratification of this Convention) and Article 13 (the obligations of employers and workers established in Part III of the Convention shall, if and in so far as the competent authority so determines, apply to self-employed workers) of the Convention. The Government is requested to supply a copy of such collective agreements with its next report.
