Direct Request (CEACR) - adopted 1999, published 88th ILC session (2000)

The Committee notes the Government's report and, in particular, information supplied in reply to its previous request concerning the application of Articles 3, 8 and 14 of the Convention.

Noting that the technical requirements of the Convention are being met, the Committee would like to draw the attention of the Government to the obligations under Article 5 concerning the communication of the published statistics to the ILO as soon as practicable, in particular regarding the statistics compiled in accordance with Article 8 (statistics of the structure and distribution of the economically active population).
