Allegations

The complainants allege that: (i) the public authorities are preventing employees of the national judiciary from exercising the right to bargain collectively; (ii) the UEJN has been unlawfully and arbitrarily excluded from collective bargaining in the judiciary of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires; and (iii) the UEJN is a victim of interference by the public authorities, both at the national level and in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
