Allegations

The complainant organization alleges that the Office of the National Superintendent of the Tax Administration has committed acts violating trade union rights (illegal deductions for days of strike action; classification of certain activities as essential; lack of interest in dialogue with the trade union; unlawful transfer and initiation of disciplinary proceedings against trade union officials; etc.)
