The complainant organization complains against excessive delays affecting cases of anti-trade union dismissal against the enterprise Fertilizantes de Centroamérica (FERTICA); alleges that representatives of the enterprise forced their way into the trade union office and storage space assigned to the Association of Workers of the Fertilizer Sector (ATF) as a consequence of the collective bargaining process, requisitioning documents and goods; and refers to a judicial decision which notes various violations of trade union rights by the aforementioned enterprise
