DISPLAYINEnglish - French - Spanish

CMNT_TITLE

The Committee notes that the Government’s report has not been received. It hopes that the next report will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous comments.
Repetition
Application of the Convention in law and in practice. The Committee takes note of the Government’s first report. The Government indicates very briefly that the matters addressed in the Convention are covered by Act No. 6/92 on the legal system governing individual working conditions and Legislative Decree No. 14/207 on occupational safety and health, and that these instruments give effect in particular to Articles 5–9, 16 and 17 of the Convention. The Government further reports that there are no legislative provisions covering Articles 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 19 and 20 of the Convention. The Committee notes that owing to the brevity of the information in the Government’s report, it is unable to assess the Convention’s application in the country. It accordingly asks the Government to provide a detailed report indicating the measures taken or envisaged to give effect in law and in practice to each of the provisions of the Convention, and to send a copy of Legislative Decree No. 14/207 on occupational safety and health.
