The Committee notes the brief information provided by the Government that no maritime vessels are registered in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, that virtually no seafarers hold Kyrgyz citizenship, and that therefore this Convention cannot be applied. The Committee concludes from this information that there are no port activities in the country. The Committee hopes that the Government will report on measures taken should any matters arise in future relating to the application of the Convention.
