Commercial sexual exploitation and hazardous work. In reply to its previous comments the Committee notes that the Government indicates that the Child and Family Welfare Act (under Division 4) contains provisions for the removal of children in situations of danger without warrant. It also notes that the Government, in collaboration with Save the Children, is implementing a Child Protection Community Facilitation Manual to raise awareness among families about their roles and responsibilities towards their children. The Committee also notes that the Government indicates that the National Action Advisory Committee on Children is in the process of amending the Traditional Marriage Act to increase the marriage age from 15 to 18 years. The Committee requests the Government to continue providing information on the effective and time-bound measures taken to remove children from the worst forms of child labour and to provide them with assistance for their rehabilitation and social integration. It also requests the Government to provide information on the number of child victims of the worst forms of child labour who have been identified and removed.
