Submission. The Committee once again notes with regret that the Government has provided no response to its previous comments. It recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the Great and General Council of the five instruments adopted by the Conference at its 103rd, 104th, 106th and 108th Sessions (2014–19).
Consultation. The Committee notes with interest the ratification by San Marino of the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 2019), on 14 April 2022. The Committee requests the Government to provide information on the tripartite consultations held prior to the ratifications, as required by the Tripartite Consultation (International Labour Standards) Convention, 1976 (No. 144).
In addition, the Committee recalls once more that the Government may request the technical assistance of the Office, if it so wishes, to assist it in achieving compliance with its obligations under article 19 of the Constitution with respect to the submission to the competent authorities of the instruments adopted by the Conference.
