Article 6 of the Convention. Programmes of action to eliminate the worst forms of child labour. Following its previous comments, the Committee notes the Government’s information in its report that on 30 September 2014, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions and the Farmers’ Council developed and approved a joint integrated action plan for the participation of employers and employees in the implementation of ILO Conventions on child labour. In accordance with this action plan, training sessions are held annually to build the capacity of trade union officials and employers for the implementation of international labour standards. The Committee also notes the Government’s indication that, in collaboration with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), a four-phase project of assistance to improve the effectiveness of the fight against human trafficking, labour exploitation and illegal migration was implemented in 2014–15. The Government, with the financial support from the World Bank is implementing a project (2015–18) aligned with the education sector plan, to improve access to pre-school education as well as creating conditions to improve outcomes for students at general secondary schools. The Committee requests the Government to provide information on the implementation of the project (2015–18) on education; the four-phase project of assistance to improve the effectiveness of the fight against human trafficking, labour exploitation and illegal migration; and the joint integrated action plan, and their impact in eliminating the worst forms of child labour.
